LOCATED IN THE HEART OF PUGLIA REGION
Founded 20 years ago, in 1998 by Rossella Notarangelo, since three generations in the edible oils sector.
Situated in the south of Italy, in the hearth of Apulia region, considered the best area, both in quality and quantity, for the crop and mill of olives, the company focused from the beginning on the production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the highest quality. In our beautiful region there are, in fact, 1,200 mills, therefore, the area with the highest number in Italy, Europe and every other area of the world.
We have always aimed to get an olive oil very fruity and fragrant, selecting the best quality and variety of fruits, Ogliarola, Coratina, Peranzana, Leccina, getting a deserved success on both the local and international market.
In 2005 the great love of the healthy life, leads us to introduce a line of organic extra virgin olive oils, which, in addition to collect a significant appreciation by the modern consumer, has the great merit to open our horizons giving input to the great insight that completely changes the company's core business: the introduction of organic cold-pressed seed oils, excellent tasty products with healthy properties, essential and beneficial to our body.
In 2007 we sarted with a couple of sorts, introducing year by year new kinds till reaching 16 organic oils. Our current range of top quality pure organic oils, virgin and deo, from fruits and seeds, includes Olive, Avocado, Flaxseed, Sesame, Sunflower, Walnut, Almond, Hazelnut, Hempseed, Safflower, Pumpkin, Canola, Soybean, Corn Germ.
In 2014 we started to study a new line of high standard organic aromatized oils, the long and strict selection of the natural aromas leaded us to realized 12 kinds, in 100mL bottle with spray and 250mL. on the basis of flax and olive. we now can offer with Black and White truffle, Porcini mushrooms, Chili pepper, Red onion, Garlic, Oregano, Rosemary, Mint, Basil, Orange, Lemon.
In 2016, our commitment has been focused on the reasearch of new products that could combine an excellent taste with very high beneficial properties. After several tests, we launched two blends of Omega Oils, Ω3 and Ω369. The first rich in omega3, mild and nutty, the second omega balanced, delicate and grassy.
In 2018, the growing demand from the market allowed us to further enrich our range with new soy sauces, Shoyu and Tamari. Excellent seasonings, symbols of an ethnic gastronomy that becomes more and more familiar.
G Italia oils are the result of a thorough and careful selection of the best raw materials in order to bring on tables all over the world a product that fully reflects the high expectations of today's consumers, more and more attentive to the quality of food products.
We scrupulously control all the phases of production to ensure that the exceptionally high standards are kept, trying to further increase, where possible, quality and image.
