Oil of clear and pallid yellow. Rich in omega 6, that helps to reduce cholesterol and the risk of heart disease, and good source of vitamin E, that works as a fat-soluble antioxidant, which helps protect cells from damaging free radicals Vitamin E also supports the immune system.

Clean and light taste, typical of grapeseed. Delicate scent of fresh and balanced sweet-and-bitter taste.
Great as an ingredient in salad dressings and mayonnaise. Good as a base for oil infusions of garlic, rosemary, or other herbs or spices. It is widely used in baked goods, pancakes, and waffles. Suitable for both cooking and to garnish in its crude state.

Obtained by the extraction of the rice bran from the hard outer brown layer of rice called chaff (rice husk). Following purification.
Rich in γ-oryzanol, at around 2% of crude oil content, which is characterized by a wide spectrum of health-beneficial effects, including anticarginogenic, anti-inflammatory, antihyperlipidemic, and neuroprotective, which are mainly attributed to its significant antioxidant capacity.

Delicate flavour, typical of rice bran oil. Mild fresh taste with slight hint of nut. Hay-like oral/tactile sensation with a lingering aftertaste.
Good as dresser, great as cooking oil. Suitable for high-temperature cooking such as stir-fried foods and deep-frying. It can also be blended with other oils to improve their frying performance.
